Meet Your OBM!

I’m the creator of the Procedure to Performance (P2P) Method—a system designed to help overwhelmed business owners build teams that actually run without them.

My background is in biology, and I started my career in the food industry—specifically fresh produce and frozen foods, two of Canada’s most regulated sectors. That’s where I got my first real exposure to SOPs and saw firsthand how critical they are to keeping operations smooth, safe, and scalable.

After having my son, I knew I wanted more. I launched my VA business to start building my dream, not someone else’s. I also gained experience in financial services (another highly regulated field), but that detour showed me exactly where I’m meant to be.

I decided to niche down and stop just supporting businesses—I wanted to transform them. That’s when I returned to my roots and created the P2P Method.

Now, clients come to me when:
-
They’re hiring for the first time
-
They’ve hit a plateau and can’t scale further
-
They’re burned out from answering the same questions and doing everyone’s job

If that’s you—I’m your Scalability Expert!
Let’s build the systems that bring your vision to life.
Let's get a little personal.
When my son was 6mo old I got a call no one - no mother or wife thinks they will get. I was already planning to leave my very toxic very scary marriage but what I thought would take months became even more urgent during that call.

During that call I was given little details but I was told I needed to either leave that day or they would remove my son as my then husband was labelled as unsafe. My 6 week plan quickly because a 6 hour plan.

I moved myself and my son with the help of some very dear friends and family in under 10 hours (6 by the time I got back to the house and started packing)

I was at the end of my maternity leave and had no clue what I wanted to do I was now moved back in with my parents and had a 6 month old little boy relying on me and a lengthy legal battle on my hands. Once I got my bearings I started doing research on all the businesses I could start. Previously I had had many ideas but none stuck since I had someone in my ear telling me I couldn't do it for a multitude of reasons. (Spite is great fuel)!

While scrolling on TikTok I found other mothers, other woman, making a living doing work from there laptops, and phones while there babies slept or played. They were able to support there homes and families and still make it to every doctors appointment and field trip and never have to hope that their boss would let them have the day off.

Being a VA checked all the boxes, I got to do work that I was not only good at but enjoyed, I got to work when and where I wanted with next to no up front cost. I could work as much or as little as I wanted and support my son.

I have defiantly made mistakes along the way. I also decided to pivot into financial services. I thought that would check all the same boxes however I spent more time in meetings then I did at home or doing the work I actually liked about the job. I was too stubborn to quit but at the end of the day it wasn't for me. I consistently kept at least one client at a time as a VA but now I am back to doing it full time.

I enjoy the mundane repetitive tasks, but int he end I wanted to have a more lasting role on my clients. I wanted to help get them out of the trenches and be a true life line rather then a little floaty in the ocean t hat is their business.

That is when I launched the Procedure to Performance (P2P) Method! A full stop does for you service that allows business owners to get out of the trenches in back to running there businesses like the true bosses they are!!

I'm excited to be bringing on new clients and conquer new challenges.

I started my business as a single mother to a baby that wasn't even walking yet and now my son is nearly 4 and he's a tiny Sheldon I couldn't be more proud or more scared haha. I have a loving and supportive partner who wants to see me suceed and who supports my career, and I am quickly moving towards a new normal.

One thing I'll say to wrap this up (If your still reading good for you), never settle, don't settle for a job that doesn't fuel you, don't settle or surround yourself with people who don't build you up or support your ideas no matter how cray, and don't settle for less that what you deserve. Do the scary thing, leave the crappy relationship and writ the damn book. You deserve it
